We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, here's how we can help:
- 30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
- Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: Let us know right away — we'll fix it at no cost to you.
- How to Start a Return: Email support@thefixationstation.com or call (888) 905-9390 with your order number and reason for return.
- Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days (additional time may apply depending on your bank).

Crafted from heavy-wall 3.5" OD aluminum tubing, the Stellar is light enough to set up without a team and tough enough to handle daily indoor and outdoor use without skipping a beat.
The Same Tensioner Used on Our Elite Systems. In This One Too.
The Stellar does not cut corners where it counts. It runs the same no-backdrive wormgear crank net tensioner found on First Team's top-tier competition units, so you get rock-solid net tension at every men's, women's, and junior official height without paying a premium price for the privilege.
Fits Your Existing Sockets. Adapts to New Ones for Free.
The Stellar drops right into any existing 3.5" floor socket, and if your gym runs 4" sockets, First Team provides floor socket adapters at no charge upon request. A clear net height indicator label on each post and a simple loosen-slide-tighten collar adjustment mean your staff can swap heights between sessions in seconds.
