An RF metal laser tube replaces the standard glass CO2 tube, and the practical payoff is a typically longer service life and more stable output over time instead of the gradual power drift glass tubes are known for.

This Gweike Cloud model backs that up with a built-in air chiller capable of subzero cooling, a built-in exhaust fan, and a built-in air compressor, so it runs as a self-contained unit. A 5MP camera handles live design preview and visual positioning on screen.
