We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, here's how we can help:
- 30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
- Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: Let us know right away — we'll fix it at no cost to you.

- Refund Timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days (additional time may apply depending on your bank).

Product Description
The Ador Chuck Rotary Add-on is an upgraded rotary attachment designed for precision engraving on cylindrical, spherical, and handled objects. With its enhanced gripping system and adjustable base, it provides exceptional stability and accuracy, making it perfect for engraving tumblers, mugs, bottles, and more.
Note: This add-on requires the Ador Extension Base Add-on for proper installation and operation.

For tall objects like 40oz Stanley Cups: The Chuck Riser Add-on is required
