We want you to love your purchase! If something's not right, here's how we can help:
- 30-Day Returns: Return any item within 30 days of receipt.
- Change of Mind: Item must be new, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. A 25% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Defective or Damaged Items: No restocking fee. Just send us a photo/video of the issue, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
- Wrong Item Received: Let us know right away — we'll fix it at no cost to you.

The beamo Chuck Rotary Add-on supports full-wrap engraving on cylindrical objects and spheres. Equipped with step, L-shaped, and hexagonal jaws, it adapts to various diameters and shapes, making engraving more flexible and versatile.
